This Sunday, July 21, the day of the dog is celebrated all over the world. The tradition has been celebrated for 15 years, that is, since 2004, this in order to raise awareness and sensitize people about animal abuse.
In Mexico for example; According to data provided by INEGI, out of every 100 households, 57 have a pet, of which 89% have a dog. This is where the importance of creating awareness about the responsibility that comes with having one arises, these animals are not only companions, they also give us many moments and even most of the time they are capable of giving their lives when we are in danger.
So today is the perfect day to thank our friend for his faithful and unconditional company, but... How to do it? There is no better way to celebrate our furry friends than by giving them the same love that we receive from them. However, it is important to remember that this affection should not only be given to them today if not every day, treating them with respect.
