Ukraine offers money to Russian soldiers if they surrender voluntarily
Russia and Ukraine will hold a second negotiating meeting.
On February 28, Russia and Ukraine attended a peaceful negotiating meeting in Belarus. In this, they reached the conclusion that an agreement would be made in a second negotiation. So far, the attacks from both sides have not stopped.
