Ukraine offers money to Russian soldiers if they surrender voluntarily
Oleksii Reznikov

On February 28, Russia and Ukraine attended a peaceful negotiating meeting in Belarus. In this, they reached the conclusion that an agreement would be made in a second negotiation. So far, the attacks from both sides have not stopped.

After this, Oleksii Reznikov, the Ukrainian Defense Minister, made an offer to the Russians that would be putting the peace negotiations at risk.

The Ukrainian official noted that they offer Russian soldiers the option of "dying in an unjust war or full amnesty and five million rubles in compensation." They would receive the money if they lay down their arms and surrender voluntarily.

This campaign is sponsored by leaders in the global information technology industry.

The offer for the Russian troops is accompanied by a new beginning of life, ensuring that those who refuse to be occupiers will bring peace. The minister emphasized that those who do not want to be murderers and die have the option of saving themselves.

According to Reznikov, Vladimir Putin's military group has lost more than 5,300 soldiers between wounded and deceased. Hundreds of Russian soldiers are held captive by the Ukrainians, most of them young. He assured that the Kremlin is turning them into murderers and criminals.

The prisoners are receiving the necessary care and have even contacted their relatives to inform them that they are alive. They, mainly, have the opportunity to start a new life, according to the minister.

In his statements, he concluded that there will be no mercy if they does not accept this offer.
