Vegans invade rural track and run them with horses
This Sunday around 40 activists who defend animal rights appeared at the Rural Exhibition in the Palermo neighborhood, interrupting the horse dressage contest.
The group of environmentalists belonging to the international group Direct Action Everywhere (DXE), invaded the property where the event was taking place. They arrived with posters that were against animal exploitation, however they were booed by the public.
Later, gauchos on horses began to chase the environmentalists, the events were recorded on videos. This group of people said they were beaten.
Later, rural society spoke on Twitter and said:
“Today, a group of activists broke onto the track, altering the development of the contest that had been taking place. Some participants, who had been preparing for a year to compete, reacted to evict them. The Sociedad Rural Argentina rejects any violent action"
