  8. Add the mushrooms to the pan together with a cup of water and cover. After a minute, when you notice that the water is boiling, it will be time to add the heavy cream, stir and let it boil again.

  9. After a minute, we add chopped spinach and wait a few more minutes.

  10. Take the medallions out of the oven and when serving, place a layer of sauce on the plate, places the medallions on top and pour a little more sauce over the medallions.
