Steps for the preparation of the drunk steak recipe
Note: Due to the length of the steps, we will divide the process into several parts.
The first thing we will do is place the previously washed meat in a bowl or tray and begin the marinating process. To do this we add salt, pepper, minced garlic, coriander and an onion previously chopped into pieces.
As the main ingredient, we add a full beer to the bowl. The alcohol will dissipate in a short time and will be absorbed along with the flavor of the dressings by the meat.
Knead the meat with the dressings to ensure that all the ingredients are integrated.
Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for about two hours to give the meat a delicious aroma and flavor.
Preparation of the peppers

Mix all the ingredients and add the beef broth and chili to the pan, only if you like to use the latter.
Place the previously reserved steaks in the pan and add all the pieces, including the sauce that is left on the plate. Cook over low heat for a couple of minutes, but don't let the sauce get too dry.
Add the peppers and integrate well in the pan with the other ingredients, letting cook for a couple more minutes.
If you notice that the sauce is getting too dry, add one more cup of water to where you had the beef broth and pour it into the skillet.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
Once this time has passed, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
