Celebrities with a show of support on the red carpet of the Oscars 2022
Attendees at the event show their disapproval of the between Ukraine and Russia.
Minutes before the start of the main ceremony of the 2022 Oscar Awards, the artists and guests experienced unique and special moments in front of the cameras.
The Hollywood stars were captured by the cameras of TNT and other channels, where they showed a blue ribbon with the printed writing ' #withrefugees ' (# with refugees).
This bow is a gift given by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Also, different artists showed statements against the war. Such was the case of actor Benedict Cumberbatch and director Ford Coppola, who wore a pin with the flag of the United States and Ukraine on their lapels.
Jason Momoa, wore a scarf in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. This was also done by Paolo Sorrentino and Jamie Lee, on the red carpet of the awards.
These acts were a clear example of showing support for the refugees, from the war between Russia and Ukraine.
