Maria Pedraza, angry about excess photoshop without her permission
María Pedraza is one of the protagonists of Elite and is a woman who has proven to be confident about her appearance, which is why she is extremely annoyed with the excessive retouching that was done to her in a photograph.
The young actress posed for Yo Dona magazine, and it was the photograph they took in said magazine that caused her outrage. Although Maria made a post that went viral and that she soon deleted, her followers had already taken a screenshot of it.
In the post she assured that it was simply not her, she did not recognize herself due to the excess of photoshop, and it was a lack of respect, the actress wrote:
“This month @yodona has taken me on the cover. The illusion is lost, when I see myself in a photograph in which I do not even recognize myself. You have photographed another person, everything from the hand of Photoshop without having consulted me, it is to have no respect. BRAVO Nobody has to consider whether my mouth or my teeth are worthy of the cover. Because there is nothing more beautiful than being yourself. I DO NOT NEED To PHOTOSHOP. THANK YOU. And also bravo for the interviews that do not represent us at all”.
Of course colleagues supported her, among themselves; Miguel Herrán, Cristina Castaño, among others. However, as expected, the director of the magazine was not very happy to be exhibited publicly.
