Valued at $14 14,850,000 this luxurious mansion in the state of Massachusetts, on the island commonly called "The Vineyard." The property owner owns the Bolton Celtics Wyc Grousbec, and the home is adjacent to one of the Kennedys.

The luxurious estate features 29 oceanfront acres, a private beach, and a boat nursery. It has 6,900 square feet built and seven rooms. It also has a swimming pool, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen for the work of professional chefs and two completely exclusive guest wings.

The daughters of the marriage Sasha and Malia will have enough space to invite their friends to this splendid mansion.

And the presidential couple will have time to relax in the beautiful jacuzzi on the second floor, or strolling through the extensive gardens in contact with nature.

Although the deal has not yet been closed, the former president and the first lady have already bid, according to rumors, a little less than the value expected by the owner.

The option to buy is firm and the Obamas will probably live in the state where most of the distinguished “aristocracy” of the United States live.
