The request was made by Taehyung on August 15 through BTS's famous fan café app Weverse. Thus, the member of said group asked the ARMY to draw him as if he were a character from The Simpsons. As is common with this artist, the request did not take long to generate millions of responses around the world.

In addition to millions of ARMY deciding to draw BTS's V as a character in this animated series, they also tried to contact The Simpsons producer / writer Al Jean to include this famous K-pop artist in the series. The surprising thing of all is that Al Jean did not ignore this request, but responded by awakening the hope of the ARMY:

@TheSimpsons attention ARMY from BTS: no guarantee, but I will try.

In this way, the producer / writer of The Simpsons would be talking with the team of said animated series to include V or even all the members of BTS in this emblematic series. Thus, the ARMY would be extremely excited after taking a step towards achieving one of Taehyung's dreams.

Taehyung recently released his track Winter Bear to commemorate 1,000 days since he created the phrase "I purple you," which would form a close relationship between the K-pop artist and the ARMYs. To this day, this phrase is still used among this community of fans and the color purple has been used to represent the group BTS.
