Cuban-American singer-songwriter Camila Cabello and singer Shawn Mendes ended their relationship in November of last year.

The singer explained that, in that period, she did not have time to know who she really was outside of her career, adding all the struggle she has with her mental health.

Their high toxic levels of stress generated meltdowns which they quickly overcame. Which is why she stayed tired in every way.

This chapter of her life affected her love relationship, her relationship with her friends, and even with herself, because she felt completely unstable and anxious.

After recognizing her anxiety at the age of 24, Camila Cabello decided to seek professional help, so that her life would not be harmed.

For this reason, she has been practicing different therapies such as exercise, meditation, as well as a change in diet and has improved the organization of her time, which ensures a balance in her life.
