When they have taken color, add the garlic cloves, carrots, red pepper and a tablespoon of sweet pepper powder.
We mix very well and let the flavors integrate, for at least 6 minutes.
At the end of the time, we remove from the heat and take to the pressure cooker. If you don't have any, you should only cook for 1 hour over medium heat and the other half hour over low heat.

125 grams of chickpea flour.
100 grams of zucchini.
10 grams of the spices of your choice.
100 grams of broccoli.
