Why do sleep problems appear?
Mainly these problems are caused thanks to sleep disorders.
These are divided into 4 groups that are the most common, these are: insomnia which is the difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep, sleep apnea which are the interruptions of breathing during sleep, the syndrome of the restless legs that is about a tingling or itching sensation in the legs and finally the narcolepsy which is about the sleep crisis in the day.
In addition to other reasons that can cause sleep problems such as nightmares, night terrors, sleepwalking, etc.
