  8. In the same pan add the orange juice, with the peel in strips, the almonds and the honey. If you want to give it a spicy touch, this would be the time to add the cayenne pepper.

  9. Add salt and pepper and let the flavors meld for a few minutes while the pan is on medium heat.

  10. When you see that the sauce has reduced a bit, add the cauliflower to sauté it and let it cook for a few more minutes. And that's it!
