How to prepare natural fruity MOISTURIZING DRINKS

Among the natural hydrating drinks, we find those that include fruits. The fact that these drinks are fruity allows our body to receive vitamins, minerals and fiber, being a good substitute for other types of drinks such as soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Mango smoothie

In this case we are talking about one of the natural hydrating drinks made with mango, which provide magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamins A, E and C. At the same time it contains tartaric and malic acids which together with the minerals allow to thin the blood. For its preparation we must have the following ingredients on hand;

1 handle.

1 Banana.

Chia seeds.

Ice cubes.

250 ml of milk.

125 g of Greek yogurt.

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation

Wash the mango, peel it, cut it into pieces and remove the seed. Add the mango to the blender, along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything until they are fully integrated, and they are well crushed. Finally, add the ice cubes and vanilla.

Coconut Mint Cocktail

A good option to replace alcoholic beverages is a cocktail and in this case one made with mint and coconut. This is extremely healthy, since it has lauric acid that reduces cholesterol and counteracts the saturated fats that coconut has. At the same time it has an antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal action. For its elaboration we need;

¼ cucumber.

4 cups of coconut water.

½ cup of lemon juice.

Some sprigs of mint.

Preparation

Take the cucumbers and cut into thin slices. Place in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Open the natural coconut and pour its water into a glass. To make sure there is no rest of the crust, strain it. Add the coconut water to the cucumber maceration, and let it marinate for about 15 minutes. Then mix the cucumber slices without breaking. The mint must be placed in the glasses and fill them with the prepared drink.
