Ingredients

  • 45 milliliters of olive oil.

  • 1 leek

  • Salt.

Preparation of bread stuffed with vegetables

This recipe will not take you more than 30 minutes between preparing and reaching the final result.

  1. The first thing is to chop broccoli into small branches, include the trunk in pieces if you wish.

  2. Wash very well and place to drain when you're done.

  3. Then peel and chop the carrot into cubes.

  4. Now, clean the leek trying to remove as much dirt as possible.

  5. Cut it in half and then into strips.

  6. Put the vegetables in a frying pan with olive oil.

  7. First let it be the broccoli and carrot stems. Let cook for 5 minutes or so.

  8. Then add the leek and broccoli sprigs. Wait another 5 minutes for it to cook.

  9. Now, add the béchamel sauce with salt and pepper. Mix well and carefully so that all the flavors come together.

  10. Cut the top of the buns, pour the filling into it and cover. Finish by adding a little white cheese and take it to the oven at 230 °C.

  11. Wait for the cheese to gratin and brown a bit before removing. You can put a little water in a clay container if the portions are very small, this way you will prevent them from sticking.

  12. When they are ready, just remove from the oven and serve, and bon appétit!
