Fusilli with tofu to enjoy

Preparation of fusilli with tofu
1. In a pot with plenty of water, heat the water to cook the pasta.
2. When the water boils add the salt and the fusilli.
3. Let cook until it reaches the ready point. Drain and add them all at once to the tomato sauce along with a little olive oil, so they don't stick.
4. Now, cut the tofu into squares and remove the excess water.
5. In a frying pan, place a little olive oil to toast the tofu along with a sprig of rosemary.

7. In that same pan, add another little olive oil and crystallize the onion together with the minced garlic in small squares.
