Sofia Jirau makes history at Victoria's Secret
The model reported on her Instagram account that she is part of Victoria's Secret's inclusion campaign, Love Cloud Collection.
Sofía Jirua is a 25-year-old Puerto Rican businesswoman and model. Little by little, she conquered her dream of reaching the most important fashion catwalks, despite having Down Syndrome.
In her fashion shows, she captures the eyes of the spectators of the fashion shows and overcomes the barriers that are imposed on the models.
Her important presentation at New York Fashion Week in 2020 allowed her arrival in the Victoria's Secret family. For this, she had to prepare intensively and for that, she took modeling, diction and gymnastics classes.
The young woman has worked with different photographers in her native country and has modeled dresses for designers such as Kelvin Giovannie. One of her goals is to help people like her.
In addition to being a model, she has an online store where she promotes her Alavett brand. The name is inspired by "I love it", her favorite phrase. This store offers beauty, fashion and household items.
Now, along with Hailey Bieber and Taylor Hill, she will make an appearance at the presentation of the new “Love Cloud Collection” inclusion campaign.
The Puerto Rican published on her social networks and received a lot of support from her followers, obtaining thousands of "likes" for the goal achieved.
