Ingredients you will need

  • 1 kilo of sea bream

  • Olive oil

  • 3 potatoes

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 5 grams of sweet paprika

  • 1 lemon

  • Onion

  • 15 grams of breadcrumbs

How to make baked sea bream with potatoes?

This recipe will allow you to complete this dish in 1 hour, of which 45 minutes will be done.

1. The first thing you should do is clean the fish. You can do this if you want from the night before so that you can marinate.

2. Once clean of scales, take advantage of making transverse cuts to access the spine and separate it from the meat. This can be achieved with three cuts.

3. When you have opened and cleaned well inside, cut thin slices of lemon.

4. Chop the slices in half and place inside the sea bream, add salt and pepper both inside and outside the piece.

5. Now, preheat the oven to 180 °C.

6. While getting to the point, peel the potatoes so that they are sliced.

12. During the last 15 minutes the bread and all the ingredients will be browned to give the characteristic look of this recipe.
