Its homemade preparation is quite practical and with few ingredients you can make it as a complete dish that can be served as a main meal for lunch.

Ingredients
½ chicken lettuce,
800 grams of meat to loaf,
¼ cheese,
½ sliced onions,
Salt,
Pepper,
Corn tortilla,
½ cup of oil,
1 clove garlic,
Cream and sauce.
Elaboration
1. The first thing is to cook the filling. To do this you must season the beef and add salt and pepper to season. This should be done 1 hour after starting the preparation.
2. Then, in a pot with water and plenty of salt, cook until the meat is tender.
3. At this point it will be easier to separate the meat into threads. Help yourself with a couple of forks, as the meat will be hot.
4. Wash and chop the onion into small squares or julienne. Repeat the process with the garlic.
5. Heat the pan with a little oil and place the onion next to the garlic.
6. Let cook for 5 minutes or so until golden brown.
7. At this point, integrate the previously shredded meat. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes. Rectify with salt.
8. With the meat ready, take the tortillas and heat them a little on the grill so that you can mold them and assemble the flutes without breaking.
9. Place the filling and fold. Use toothpicks to keep the shape. Assemble all the plants and prepare a pan with a little oil for frying.
10. When the oil is very hot, it places the fruits so that they take on a crunchy consistency.
11. Upon achieving this crisp layer, remove from heat and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
12. Serve on a plate, along with the grated cheese, lettuce, cream or sauce of your choice. And now you can enjoy these delicious beef flautas.
Some companions and variants
As everything in the kitchen is allowed, you can create your own version by adding foods that are to your liking. Among the options I can mention:
You can make grains or vegetables to accompany it. Either in creams or in sancochos they go very well with this recipe.
Also, you can add some serum or cream. This option supports handling both temperatures and will be phenomenal.
You can use chicken breast for filling. Keep in mind that it must be in a sauce or well hydrated and juicy.
If for some reason you did not achieve this with the chicken, the sides will allow you to weigh how dry the chicken may be.
A tomato salad with lettuce and legumes can be ideal to add a little spice.
An avocado cream is another great idea now you can complete these delicious beef flutes.
With this recipe you can bring a little of Mexico to your table and taste the flavors of new combinations.
I assure you that if you prepare it, all the guests I have invited will be wanting more so take advantage of making enough beef flutes.
