Steps for the preparation of apple fritters
Making the dough without the apple
Add two eggs in a bowl, followed by the two tablespoons of sugar and the tablespoon of vanilla essence. Next, and with the help of a manual whisk, mix the ingredients in the bowl until they are completely integrated.
Pour the glass of milk into the bowl with the ingredients, followed by a tablespoon of lemon juice and the zest of a lemon, to continue mixing until integrated.

When the fritters are golden brown on one side, flip them over, so they cook on the other side.
Once the fritters are golden on both sides, remove from the oil, drain off the excess and let them rest on a plate lined with absorbent paper.

In a wide and deep plate or a tray, add the white sugar and cinnamon and mix them until they are perfectly integrated.

Yes, you can store them in a bread bin or other tightly sealed container, but only for a couple of hours. However, after a few hours, they may no longer be crisp and unappetizing. However, they will still be soft and sweet.
