Eggs stuffed with tuna and mayonnaise recipe

Ingredients
The amount of ingredients that I will mention below is enough to feed 4 people. You can easily expand or reduce it, according to the number of people who are going to eat.
Salt.
8 free range eggs.
Chive.
200 grams of tuna in extra virgin olive oil.
Pepper.
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
1 onion.
3 tablespoons of fried tomato.
How to make deviled eggs?
Keep in mind that the main food is eggs, so look for them to be of the best possible quality. Not always, the large ones have more content.

The first thing is to fill a pot with water and take it to the kitchen so that the water begins to heat up.
Once the water reaches its boiling point, add the eggs and let them cook for 10 minutes.
While they're ready, have a bowl of cold water handy. When the time is up, place the eggs in the cold water.
This, to stop cooking and start peeling them, when they have warmed up a bit. You must be careful, since the steam inside the eggs can burn you.
With the eggs without the shell, cut them in half and look, being very careful not to damage the white one, separate the yellow one.
For the filling
Take the can and drain the oil, without throwing it away, to get the tuna as oil-free as possible. This type of canned tuna has been chosen because of the great flavor that the olive oil gives it. You can then choose the one you like best.
Now, crumb the tuna, and place it in a medium bowl.
Clean and peel the onion, to chop finely.
Then, fry it a little in a pan with the olive oil that you have obtained from the tuna.
When it has crystallized, add it to the bowl where the drained tuna is.
Take 4 yolks that you have removed from the whites, chop them and add them to the tuna.
The other 4 yolks will be used as decoration, so you must save them while the stuffed eggs are assembled.
Mix the foods that you have in the bowl, add a point of salt and pepper, since the safest thing is that the tuna has enough taste. This will depend on the tuna you have chosen.
Then add the tomato sauce and mayonnaise. When you have mixed well, you will have obtained the filling of the eggs.
Assembling the stuffed eggs
For the presentation and plating, you just have to take a little of the filling and cover the hole with the egg white. Then, with the same spoon, place another bit on top as if it were the other part of the egg.
Now, take the yolks that we have saved, you can chop them or make them into crumbs, to add them on top of the stuffed eggs.
Next, take the chives and chop into very small pieces and sprinkle on the plate. In this way, the dish will not only have taste but color, which will make it more appealing to the eye.
