This dessert dates back to the 19th century, when the Bavarian prince brought this recipe to a meeting with Napoleon I in Paris. This recipe was enjoyed during the banquet as a representation of the traditions of Prince the Bavarian. That is why the emperor's cook named it cream bavarois.

Ingredients
This recipe has the peculiarity of being able to be prepared in advance and frozen without losing its properties. This gives it a long shelf life, so consider the following amounts for approximately 12 servings.
3 sheets of gelatin
1 vanilla flavor custard
400 milliliters of liquid whipping cream
4 tablespoons of sugar
How to make nougat bavarois?
This recipe will not take you more than 20 minutes, considering an approximate time.
1. The first thing to do is crush the nougat.
2. Next, place the gelatin sheets in water to hydrate them. You should wait a few minutes for them to completely soften.
3. While this is happening, you can heat about 50 milliliters of cream. Before it reaches the first boil, remove from the heat and add the gelatin as drained as possible.
Mix well until the gelatin dissolves completely.
4. In a container we place the vanilla custard with the gelatin. Without stopping moving, add the sugar and the nougat.
5. Now, assemble the remaining custard and little by little incorporate the nougat mixture with a paddle. Mix with movements from the bottom up.
6. This will conserve the air in the mix. Mix only what you need, otherwise we will get the opposite effect.
7. Locate individual molds or one large enough to place the bavarois. Cover with transparent paper and take to the freezer.
An alternative is to place a bit of sponge cake before adding the bavarois. To remove from the mold easily, wait until the mixture is well frozen.
8. Leave in the fridge until serving time and voilà!
