  • 2 sheets of puff pastry.

  • Whipped cream.

  • Truffle.

  • Sugar glass.

How to prepare some cream and truffle cupcakes?

1. In the first place we will start by cleaning the surface where we will work very well and place it in this wheat flour in order to be able to extend and work the puff pastry sheet.

2. Once our puff pastry has been stretched, we will proceed to cut it into squares of the same size.

3. Having already the base of our cupcakes, we ensure that they can be fried more quickly and safely.

4. Cover a mold with parchment paper and place the puff pastry pieces in an orderly fashion.

You can with the help of a kitchen brush paint them with egg to give them a little color.

5. We take our tray to the oven for about 10 minutes, at a temperature of 180º C.

6. Once ready, we take our tray out of the oven and let it cool in a cool place and start the process of preparing the cream with which we will fill them.

7. We proceed to beat the cream and add little by little about 3 tablespoons of sugar, it is advisable to refrigerate the cream so that it is much better.

8. Already reaching the point of snow with the cream we can mix it with a little chocolate to vary the flavor and obtain a truffle flavor or simply leave it with its original flavor.

9. If we want the Truffle filling, we melt the chocolate and add it to our cream until we get a homogeneous mixture.

10. We place our filling to refrigerate for a while we wait for our puff pastries to cool.

11. Once our puff pastry squares are cold, cut them in half again. We will use a pastry bag which we will fill with either the truffle or the cream. And that's it!

If you want to decorate them a little more, you just have to sprinkle icing sugar on them.
