Preparation of vegan hot dogs

Ingredients
For the sausages
Olive oil.
100 grams of natural tempeh.
Salt.
½ onion.

3 tablespoons of rice flour.
For the hotdogs
5 chilies in vinegar.
Vegan hot dog bun.
¼ onion.
Vegan mayonnaise.
Mustard.
Ketchup.
1 tomato.
Preparation of vegan hot dogs
For the sausage
Chop the garlic, onion and red pepper into small pieces.
Place in a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil.
Let cook until the ingredients crystallize a little.
Now, place the tempeh in a bowl.
Help yourself with a fork to undo them. If it's hard, chop it into fine pieces.
When it is well undone, take it to the pan to add it to the seasoning.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
