2. Once the purée is obtained, we will place it in the blender along with the condensed milk, the eggs and the tablespoons of Pumpkin spices to start blending.
3. During this time, preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Once the mixture is ready, we take our dough out of the refrigerator and if you have a Pie mold or a round baking tray, we expand the dough on it.
Remember to separate a little of the dough if you want to make a decoration on the top of the Pie.
5. Once the dough is expanded, we place our mixture inside it, if you wish you can cover it completely or make a braided design on top.
6. Once the decoration is ready, we take it to the oven for a period of about 35 to 40 minutes.
7. We will wait until the filling mixture feels firm, we will verify this with a toothpick or a pastry needle.
