Today I bring you the recipe for a simple and delicious dessert that can be prepared directly in a glass. It is very refreshing, sweet and smooth on the palate, as it perfectly combines the creaminess of the cheese and the acidity of the strawberries.
There are hundreds of versions that we can try to make, this being one of the classic desserts that always goes down well. This time we bring the delicious strawberry tiramisu.
About the recipe
In this variation of the tiramisu dessert, we will use cherry liqueur to replace the coffee and almond liqueur to flavor the cookie. Both ingredients will give that special touch to our preparation.

Ingredients
2 cups of strawberries.
56 grams of cherry liqueur.
200 grams of sugar.
200 grams of mascarpone cheese.
200 grams of cream cheese.
200 milliliters of water.
1 cup of whipping cream.
1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

How to prepare it?
Start by washing and disinfecting the strawberries very well. Cut them into cubes or slices and place them in a bowl.
Then, add the cherry liqueur and let them macerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can prepare the cream for the filling. We join the cream cheese together with the mascarpone cheese until it is integrated into a smooth mixture.
Now, beat the cream with the powdered sugar until firm peaks are achieved. Add the cheese mixture in an enveloping way and when they are well united, save.
On the other hand, when the maceration time passes, strain the fruit and without discarding the liquor.
Bring the strawberries to a medium heat in a pot with the water together with the sugar and solving until it boils.
At this point, turn the heat down to low and allow a smooth syrup to form. When you get the texture you want, remove and let cool.
Bathe your soleta with the maceration liquid and cut them in two, preferably in half.
At the bottom of a glass, place some liquid and a layer of soletas.
Put the cheese filling, occupying between one or two centimeters and cover with the previously macerated strawberries.
Repeat these until you reach the top of your glass and at the end add an extra layer of cream before garnishing with strawberries. And that's it! A strawberry tiramisu to enjoy.
