The winner for best actress in a drama series was "Jodie Comer" from the series Killing Eve, thereby taking the throne from the beautiful Emilia Clarke from the HBO series Game of Thrones. Emilia Clarke undoubtedly played an astonishing role in the final season of Game of Thrones, so her loss angered many fans.
"Phoebe Waller" won the Best Actress in a Comedy Award for her role in Fleabag. On the other hand, "Michelle Williams" won the award for best actress in a miniseries or telefilm.
