AMLO blames pharmaceutical companies for deaths of children with cancer

As it is customary to go to the trustworthy old woman to pass the blame on the current Mexican government. President Andrés Manuel López Obrador affirms that those responsible for the lack of medicines for children with cancer are the pharmaceutical companies and not his government, that is, they are responsible for the deaths of children from cancer. The president says that there are three pharmaceutical companies that are upset for not receiving their millionaire contracts, contracts of 90 billion pesos.

The president said that the pharmaceutical companies as well as the past administrations allegedly filled their pockets with money that did not belong to them, that is, with the money from the medicines thanks to contracts they signed for millions of pesos, the current president says that the money from the medicines never got to the right destination.

However, the president affirmed that he will do everything possible to ensure that adequate medicines are available in hospitals. It also reported that it would increase the salaries of doctors in rural areas by 10 to 20 percent compared to doctors in the city.

The president also affirmed that the conditions of the hospitals in Veracruz were deplorable. Although it is not yet known for sure who is responsible for the lack of drugs against cancer in children, it is expected that action will be taken on the matter because in a situation of illness the last thing you have is time and every minute that passes counts.

It is expected that the president will really take action on the matter because for the families of children with cancer, time is crucial, the families also demanded that the price of drugs be maintained because there is nothing to regulate them.
