Disaster Chefs: the new Ibai Llanos event for Twitch
Once again, Ibai Llanos revolutionizes digital platforms with its new cooking event where different personalities from the digital world will face each other.
Disaster Chefs is the new proposal of the Spanish streamer, in which the participants will face each other in the kitchen in the most perfect "master chef" style and in which there will be participants such as Cristinini, IlloJuan or Ibai Llanos himself who will attend as a competitor.
Masi, who is a Spanish television presenter, will be the voice of Disaster Chef for four episodes. The event will consist of 6 pairs of participants.
Disaster Chef Participants
As Ibai clarified in the presentation of Disaster Chefs, we only know the names of the six couples that will be on the main program where Ibai Llanos himself will participate with BarbeQ.
In addition, two new faces in KOI (professional League of Legends team of Ibai and Gerard Piqué), Pandarina and Rioboo, as well as IlloJuan and ElBokero will be the first faces in the first program.
Breakout streamer of the year winner ElXokas was the big surprise and will be paired up with LOL pro player Knekro.
Cristinini and Carola will form the nicest couple and Mayichi and Elisa will bring harmony and tranquility to the kitchen, where there will be lots of laughter, but also pressure.
Contest mechanics
Ibai made it clear in the presentation, the event will consist of six couples who will compete to be the best cook.
Disaster chef will be divided into four chapters, the four winners of each program will go on to the grand finale where the winning couple will receive "a really high financial figure ", as reported by Ibai Llanos during his live broadcast.
The six couples, different in each program, must cook a similar dish, in a "battle royale" setting in which only one of them will win and go on to the grand final. The "battle royale" system means that the worst cooks in each round will be eliminated until only one pair remains.
The jury will be made up of three "famous chefs with Michelin stars", who will be in charge of concluding which are the worst dishes.
After the first four chapters, the four winners will face each other in the final along with an eliminated couple who will be saved by the communities to complete the final of five couples.
Ibai Llanos stated that Disaster Chefs will present its first episode next Tuesday, February 1 on its Twitch channel. The exact time has not yet been indicated, however the duration will be long, it could be around three hours per episode.
