Italy says goodbye to the mandatory use of masks outdoors

Italy joins the countries that abandon the mandatory use of masks outdoors. In this way, it eliminates this requirement in the restrictions of the Coronavirus pandemiec.

Roberto Speranza, Minister of Health, signed an ordinance, which was published in the Official State Gazette, approving the end of the use of masks outdoors, after having required it at Christmas due to the increase in cases.

The end of the state of emergency in Italy, is until March 31, at which time The protection will no longer be used in closed places other than the private home.

In the ordinance, you can also see that masks must always be worn to be used in places where there are crowds or crowds.

However, Vicenzo De Luca, the president of the Campania (South) region, will maintain the requirement for the entire month of February, of the use of masks outdoors, since in said territory they have a significant increase in cases.
