Miss Poland won Miss World 2021
Karolina Bielawska, representative of Poland, was crowned this Wednesday as the new Miss World 2021, in the 70th edition of the international contest that took place at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Miss Poland reached the final table along with the representatives of the United States and the Ivory Coast, but she turned out to be the maximum winner, while her two companions were the first and second runner-up.
The Polish woman stated through a statement made through the Miss World organization that when she heard her name she was surprised and had a hard time believing it.
"I am honored to wear the Miss World crown and I can't wait to get to work. I will remember this fantastic episode in Puerto Rico for the rest of my life."
The new Miss World achieved in 2021 the title of Bachelor of Management Sciences at the Faculty of Management and Production Engineering of the Lodz University of Technology and also has a weakness for sports, especially tennis, badminton and diving..
Discontent in the present public
Through a video circulating on Social Networks, a choir of people, presumably of Puerto Rican origin, was evidenced, who upon hearing the name of the last finalist who entered the table of 13 and where Puerto Rico was not, began to sing : "let's go, let's go, the party is over". While another group made sounds of disappointment at the selected painting.
The 13 finalists were: Vietnam (Thi Ha Do), Mexico (Karolina Vidales), Northern Ireland (Anna Leitch), Philippines (Tracy Perez), Poland (Karolina Bielawska), Somalia (Khadija Omar), United States (Shree Saini), Colombia (Andrea Aguilera) Czech Republic (Karolina Kopincova), France (April Benayoum), India (Manasa Varanasi), Indonesia (Pricilia Yules), and Ivory Coast (Olivia Yace).
