For his part, Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister and head of that country's diplomacy, announced that the negotiators declare that the talks are not easy, but there is hope of reaching an agreement.

He also reported that another of the relevant points they wish to discuss is the use of the Russian language in Ukraine and "freedom of expression", and added that Austria and Sweden could be an example of neutrality worthy of Kiev.

Although Mijailo Podoliak, the chief negotiator of the Ukrainian delegation, expressed that within the 15 points contemplated in the draft for the agreement, only the demands of Russia are reflected, however, he stressed that the most important thing is to achieve a ceasefire and a withdrawal of the invading forces.

This dialogue is taking place amid heavy attacks by Moscow on various cities in Ukraine, and they are approaching the capital. Information has even been spread about the attack on a theater where civilians were housed and kidnapping 500 people in a hospital.
