Russia expels second-in-command from US embassy in Moscow
While Moscow expels Bart Gorman from the US embassy, Biden assures that a "false flag" operation is taking place and points out that Russia is preparing the attack.
Due to the conflict in Ukraine, the tension between Russia and the United States has continued to grow considerably in the last week.
This Thursday, Russia expelled the second in command of the US embassy in Moscow, to which the United States is studying responses to this decision.
The notification of the expulsion came after the Russian authorities sent the United States ambassador to Russia, John Sullivan, the document with the answers to the proposals made by Biden in the last telephone meeting with Putin, where Russia demanded guarantees from the European security in the east of the region.
In the responses given to the United States, Vladimir Putin once again proposes taking military-technical measures if his demands are not met.
In December, Putin had already warned of the measures that Russia would take if they did not meet his demands.
In the official Telegram profile of Russian diplomacy, the document was published. The text dictates that in the absence of guarantees and willingness on the part of the United States, "Russia will be forced to take technical-military measures."
In addition, the document states that Russia did not obtain a positive US response to "the basic elements of the project" by referencing the European security agreements proposed by Russia.
However, Russia has admitted that the West is willing to start a dialogue for arms control and to reduce military risks, but stresses that it prefers comprehensive solutions for the security agreements it has proposed.
Although in recent weeks the diplomatic channels to resolve the conflict have been running out, Joe Biden insisted on Thursday that it is still possible to resort to diplomacy, however, he reiterated his accusation of Russia wanting to invade Ukraine.
Through a "false flag" operation, Biden has ensured that Russia seeks to create an excuse to have reasons to attack.
Security Council meeting
The Secretary of State of the United States, Antony Blinken, this Thursday began a trip to Europe, prior to his departure from the United States, he was in New York at the meeting of the Security Council, which this month was chaired by Russia.
Like Biden, Blinken claims that Russian troops are preparing to attack Ukraine in the next few hours. Currently, there are an estimated 150,000 soldiers deployed by Russia along the entire Ukrainian border.
Blinken, through a letter sent to his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, requested a personal meeting for the following week, in addition to other meetings with the NATO-Russia Council and the Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
In his speech, Blinken guaranteed that he was not present to start an armed conflict, but to prevent it.
As on previous occasions, different United States authorities have assured, Blinken detailed how the Russian attack on Ukraine would begin, which would begin with an "invented pretext", as Joe Biden had announced hours ago.
Specifically, he assured that according to his information, Russia would invent a terrorist attack, drone attacks against civilians or an attack with chemical weapons.
According to Blinken's version, after the alleged attacks, senior officials in Russia would call "theatrical" meetings to deal with the alleged emergency, and then declare that they would respond to the attack to defend the Russians on Ukrainian territory.
To conclude, Blinken detailed how the attack on Ukraine would begin according to US counterintelligence information, the attack would have missiles and bombs "falling throughout Ukraine."
In addition, he stressed that they would block all kinds of communications and cyber attacks would block the main institutions of Ukraine, so that later Russian soldiers and tanks advance to key targets, which may include Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.
