Russian boxer dies from injuries received in combat
After a fight against Puerto Rican boxer Subriel Matías, 28-year-old Maxin Dadashev dies from the strong blows received in the battle last Friday. After the events, the well-known Russian boxer had to undergo an induced coma in order to perform brain surgery due to edema caused by the blows.
TASS stated "Maxim died. His heart failed", this was the statement that was issued to publicize the news. In surgery, a part of his skull was removed in order to control the inflation that he presented in the brain.
The intervention was made at the UM Prince George Hospital, Secretary Umar Kremlev "The Russian Boxing Federation is investigating the circumstances in which Dadashev's death occurred. It is necessary to take this case to the end".
In the fight Maxin vomited, and could not leave the ring alone on his own, after what happened his trainer stopped the fight.
"I'll stop the fight, Max, I'll stop it. You've taken a lot of hits, please Max, let me do this, okay? If I don't, then the referee will, please!"
During his career this was the boxer's first defeat in 13 fights, 11 of them by knockout.
