President Biden has confirmed that "in an act of cowardice" the Islamist, before being captured by his special forces team, blew himself up with different explosives, killing more than 10 civilians, including children.
Operation details
The moment the Americans received information about the hideout where ISIS leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi was taking refuge, they designed a different operation than the one they are used to running.
