The Simpsons predicted an event again

The yellow family continues to have viewers, from a streaming platform or television, because of how funny and charming it is, for thousands of people, all over the world.
In all this time, it has gained fame as a great prophet, since some of its scenes have surpassed fiction and have become real events worldwide.
In this series, The Simpsons, have been responsible for capturing events that, over the years, have become a reality. Some of these things have been funny, while others have been dangerous and important events.
My Dear Captain Simpson
The last event they predicted was the current catastrophe, considered as 'The Third World War', as is the current confrontation between Ukraine and Russia, which began last Thursday.
After 33 seasons, it is a bit difficult to go back in time to get the exact episodes in which these events appear. However, on the internet there are always people who are willing to do it.
In this case, we had to go back to 1998, since that was the year when the episode named 'My dear Captain Simpson' was broadcast. In this episode Homer is seen causing an international conflict by falling into Russian waters.
After this incident, Russia looks for a way to restore the Soviet Union. To achieve this, they retakes certain territories, including the Ukraine, through an invasion.
One of the animators of the series, remembered this chapter and stated that it is sad that it was not difficult to predict. The creators of the yellow family showed that they have always been informed in the history of humanity and therefore use production to capture certain facts.
It is important to note that the official Simpsons account published a special illustration in support of the Ukrainian people on its Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Most striking prediction
One of the most important predictions of the series was when they alluded to the event of September 11, in a 1997 episode called 'New York City vs. Homer Simpson'.
For the creators it is completely strange and until now they cannot understand it, is that, in the New York chapter in 1998, there was a pamphlet that indicated: 'New York at 9 dollars a day'.
At that time, the twin towers were just behind 9 and it looked like 9/11.
The creators affirm that, if something had been designed that wanted to be reflected, it could not have been done in a clearer way.
