The incident occurred when Guaidó with restriction to leave the country, used some trails that they use illegally to leave Venezuela.

The Colombian Foreign Ministry assured that it never knew about these photographs and did not participate in the logistics necessary for Guaidó to arrive in the country. In addition, I assure that Guaidó once in Colombian territory, legalized his entry by presenting himself at Migración Colombia.

This fact has allowed the Attorney General of Venezuela, Tarek William Saab, to open an investigation against Guaidó for alleged links with paramilitarism. What they seek to establish is that Guaidó has been relying on criminal groups to move around the country.

Of course, the attorney general who is under the orders of the dictator Nicolás Maduro, sent a message to the National Assembly to analyze who supposedly represented them. In addition, he referred to the subject as "a photograph of lovers" on the border.

According to the investigations carried out by the Venezuelan intelligence organs, in March there was the arrest of Roberto Marrero, leader of Popular Will and right-hand man of Juan Guaidó. From there, his link with this criminal organization was demonstrated, and he also contributed valuable information to the intelligence agencies that led us to the capture of Wilfredo de Jesús Torres Gómez, alias “Neco”, in the city of Valencia, said Néstor Reverol, Minister of the Interior of Venezuela.

Guaidó had assured in a radio interview that he did not know that they were criminals, because many people ask him for photographs. In addition, I confirm that you do not have any type of link with any criminal group.
