BTS's Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook are August's most famous male K-pop artists
Earlier today, the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation released its monthly list of the most famous K-pop boy band members. In this way, again, BTS's Taehyung, Jimin and Jungkook would be ranking at the top of said popularity list.
The results placed these three BTS members at the top of the list, all thanks to the incredible stage presence and dazzling looks these K-pop artists often have. This ranking comprised 527 members of K-pop boy bands, and was held between July 15 and August 16.
In this ranking, Jimin ranked first with a total of 9,076,953 points. In second place was Taehyung with 8,012,641 points. For third place, Jungkook would be with 6,449,652. Therefore, BTS would continue to prove to be the predominant K-pop to this day.
Other artists who were in the top 10 of the popularity ranking include BTS's Jin, EXO's Baekhyun, EXO's Chanyeol, EXO's Sehun, and ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo. All of these K-pop members have also shown themselves to be extremely popular in the K-pop community.
On the other hand, BTS ranked # 1 as the most famous K-pop boy band for the month of August. This feat has managed to sustain the group for up to 15 consecutive weeks, proving that it is the most successful and acclaimed K-pop group today.
BTS is on temporary vacation after working hard for months due to their busy schedule. This would be the first break the group has taken since their debut. Even so, the members released the song Lights before temporarily saying goodbye to their fans or ARMY.
