Chris Brown is sued for rape
Fans remember the episode with singer Rihanna, in which Brown physically abused her.
A new demand for 20 million dollars was made to rapper Chris Brown. This accusation is made by Jane Doe, who denounces that she received medication and sexual assault on a yacht in Miami, according to local media reports.
Jane, a 30-year-old professional dancer, assures that the events occurred in December 2020 at a party held on a yacht in front of the Miami home of American rapper Sean John Combs, better known as Diddy.
Doe shows in her statement that she was invited to the party by an acquaintance through a call in which while they were talking, Brown told her that he heard that she wanted to start a musical career, and invited her to come to the party to talk about the theme.
Once on board the yacht, the woman was taken to the kitchen by the vocalist, who served her a drink at more than two events, and after consuming it she felt very shaky and began to fall asleep.
She alleges that in this way Brown took her to a room while she was drugged and nearly unconscious, locked the entrance, forbade her to leave, stripped her naked and sexually abused her.
At the end of the act, the singer ejaculated inside her, told her that he was finished and left. The next day he received a message from the singer, instructing him to take a pill to prevent conception, an action he immediately took to prevent it.
For this, she currently demands 20 million dollars (18 million euros) in damages, since, as she indicates, the occasion left her with severe emotional anguish.
Chris Brown on his Instagram stories said that, "I hope everyone sees this pattern." Ensuring that every time they show new music they try to put out some nonsense. According to the media, the rapper plans to publish his tenth studio collection this year.
This lawsuit is another in the problematic facts in which the rapper is the protagonist. Brown for a long time and irregularly was a couple of the artists Rihanna, whom he attacked in 2009. For this, he served five years of probation, after having pleaded guilty.
In 2019, he was captured in Paris and later handed over without charge after a 24-year-old accused him of violently and brutally abusing him in a hotel room.
Three years before that incident, he was captured for scaring another woman with a gun. In 2017, he was also arrested in West Palm Beach, Florida, with an arrest warrant for allegedly beating a photographer a year earlier.
From this incident, he was released after paying a bail of 2,000 dollars (about 1,800 euros).
