Njomza is presenting a series of shows in his city, Chicago, and there he has expressed that he misses his friend and discoverer Mac Miller, whom he could turn to at any time and for anything.

The late rapper was Ariana Grande's boyfriend at the time she suffered the bombing in Manchester in 2017, and brought him closer to the two artists.

Friend of one and partner of the other, he brought them together, and they worked together before and after his death.

Together the two singers co-wrote "Thank U, Next", where they express their feelings and experiences with Mac Miller, as a goodbye to Ariana Grande after the tumultuous relationship with the rapper. The song was a resounding success.

Njomza has said in an interview that he writes songs about things that happen in his daily life, relationships or things he lives with his friends or in the different ways of thinking of each person.

Taking that idea, he co-wrote the song "7 Rings" with Ariana Grande after they shared a morning together at Tiffany & Co. He also appeared in the song's promotional music video.

Njomza's Live at Aloft Homecoming Tour kicks off in Chicago on Friday, August 23, with an eight-concert tour and invites to special artists.
