Spider-Man: Far From Home, the highest grossing Spider-Man movie
For Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios it is undoubtedly wonderful news as Spider-Man: Far from home, which premiered on July 5 in Spanish cinemas, has been the highest grossing film as it has little to reach to collect the $1 billion worldwide.
In 2017, the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming was unveiled, but this one with its protagonist Tom Holland will be the first to achieve this record since it is less than 30 million from crossing that barrier.
This installment of Jon Watts director, producer and American scriptwriter, exceeded 319 million dollars in the local market and 651 million in countries outside the United States, obtaining a total sum of 970 million collected, comparing this total with the 880 million of Spider-Man: Homecoming.
