Mediatek announces new processors and this is all we know
The war in the market for processor manufacturers is intensifying more and more. Fortunately, a war in the technology sector always results in a benefit for users.
Some time ago, Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, which is the most powerful processor created by the company. Mediatek is not far behind and has presented two SoCs, the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 and the 8100.

Two chips for the mid-range

A well-known combination
Despite the fact that it is a fairly powerful SoC, the truth is that their configuration is not innovative. MediaTek has been using this setup for a long time.

Benchmark results
MediaTek has just released the Dimensity 8100, so the official benchmark scores, including the AnTuTu score, are yet to come. The same goes for the MediaTek Dimensity 8000.
However, Digital Chat Station, a well-known Weibo blogger, reportedly leaked the AnTuTu benchmark score of the MediaTek Dimesity 8100 in mid-February.
According to the leak, the Dimensity 8100 exceeds 820,000 marks for an integrated AnTuTu Benchmark score in terms of operation. Therefore, it far exceeds the Snapdragon 888's score. However, we will have to wait for the official score when the devices that work with the new MediaTek chipset are launched.
