Zendaya suffered scars after her painful scene from season 2 of 'Euphoria'
The star protagonist of the teen series broadcast and produced by HBO Max has impacted all her followers and fans after her excellent performance in the last episodes of the second season of ' Euphoria'.
The Season 2 episode 5 was released on the platform on Sunday, February 6, and it has left Zendaya with many scars.
Throughout the entire episode we saw the character 'Rue' played by American actress 'Zendaya' running, jumping, getting hit and taking risks for more than 40 minutes.
These scenes have left the actress very exhausted, and she says that during the filming of the episode she had to take many risks that caused her several scars and bruises.
Zendaya had the hardest workday of her career
Recently, the actress was invited to an interview with the 'EW' agency where the main topic was the interpretation of her character in the successful HBO series ' Euphoria '.
During the interview, Zendaya was asked about her experience on the set of Season 2; and this is how she responded.
"It was a very hard day. I hit myself. I still have some scars on my legs and some bruises. For the filming of the episode I worked hard for 7 continuous days, I could say that they were the most complicated scenes I have ever done."
The episode represented one of the most desired moments by fans, but at the same time it was something unexpected that no one saw coming. It was something shocking to everyone, including its creator Sam Levinson who said that the episode was quite a challenge.
About the strong 'Rue' scene in Euphoria
The strong scene that caused severe bruises and scars to the actress took place at the house of 'Rue'. When she was confronted by her sister and her mom because they found out that she had relapsed into drugs and that it wasn't 'just marijuana' as she claimed.
Then, family problems begin to be noticed, they yell at each other, insult each other, hit each other and cry.
It was a scene that conveyed a strong feeling to all viewers and managed to impact thousands of people from the first minute where the conflict begins. A complicated job for the whole team, however, the actresses who played the scenes were working for several hours and thanks to their confidence everything went well.
When will 'Euphoria' season 2 episode 6 premiere?
The second season of ' Euphoria' directed by Sam Levinson consists of 8 episodes and since January 9, 1 episode has been released progressively each week. Chapter 6 will be released next Sunday, February 13.
