Here's what you need to use Apple Fitness Plus

Also, each of the users will be accompanied by official Apple trainers, such as Emily Fayette, Jamie-Ray Hartshorne, Sam Sanchez and Scott Carvin. The new addition would be Cory Wharton-Malcolm, who will bring out the best in you in physical activity sessions that last up to 60 minutes.

Likewise, they seek to adapt to any type of user, so this new function also serves people who use a wheelchair. That is, it is capable of measuring your physical activity sessions while you are sitting down.

“Time to walk”

The main function of Fitness + is renewed, this time with new characters in a third season that seeks to inspire users to achieve their goals.

New collections
