Preparation of carbonara pasta

  1. Begin by placing a large pot of water to boil.

  2. While it reaches the water it reaches a boiling point, cut the curro of the bacon into cubes and the rest into strips.

  3. Beat the eggs together with the yolks and a little pepper and salt to season.
