Two chicken legs and 2 chicken thighs.
Salt
Four poblano peppers.
Pepper.
One white onion.
½ cup of milk.
One stick of cream cheese.
Procedure to prepare the chili sauce
The first thing is to clean the poblano peppers, as well as the legs and thighs.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, when you have finished removing all traces of fat.
In a food processor or blender, add a cup of milk, cream cheese and a little water.
Let blend until smooth and uniform.
In a saucepan with a double bottom, add a little oil and when it is very hot, place the chicken pieces to seal them.
In this way, we will prevent the juices from coming out of the chicken with the preparation.
Then, add the onion chopped into strips and wait for it to crystallize.
When we reach the desired point, we add the sauce that was prepared in the blender, and we wait for it to boil over low heat.
