  8. When ready, form a ball and shape discs.

  9. Place them on a separate tray and take them to the freezer. You must wait approximately 30 minutes.

  10. When the time is up, it's time to shape the empanadas.

  11. On a floured surface, spread and transform the dough into a thin layer.

  12. Cut with a round mold preferably 8 to 10 centimeters in diameter. However, it is you who chooses the size of the empanadas. You can make them smaller if you have a meeting or larger for an individual service.

  13. It only remains to fill and fold to give the usual shape. And that's it! A totally different and very rich dough for your empanadas.
