1 pinch of cinnamon
2 apricots
1 tablespoon of erythritol
For the crumble crust
1 tablespoon of coconut oil,
2 tablespoons of nut flour,
1 tablespoon of erythritol,
2 tablespoons of rolled oats.
Preliminary considerations
Before starting, keep in mind that the sweetener to add can also be maple syrup or coconut sugar.
The nut flour can be almond, hazelnut or whatever you like.
The fruits to choose can be those of your preference, you can even make a mix with them.
Preparation of the fruit crumble
Start by heating the oven to 220 °C.
Wash and chop the fruit. Take it to a baking dish. Preferably individual.
Add the sweetener, the cinnamon and integrate everything very well. Bake for about 7 minutes.
At the same time, in another bowl, place the almond flour, the oat flakes and the other little sweetener together with the coconut oil and mix everything very well.
At the end of 7 minutes, take out and add the mixture you have to make on top and return to the oven for a few more minutes until golden brown. This is usually accomplished within the next 9 minutes.
When ready, serve with a little yogurt and enjoy!
Mug cake or cupcake
This preparation will only take you 2 minutes to prepare and 13 minutes to cook. These numbers seem somewhat unlikely, but to your surprise it is possible to do.
Remember that the measurements given can easily be doubled to get more servings.
Ingredients:
½ tablespoon yeast
3 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of almond flour
4 tablespoons of vegetable drink
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Step-by-step elaboration
Start by heating the oven about 180 °C.
Place the coconut oil in a cup and bake for a few seconds to melt.
Move the cup so that the oil reaches all the walls of the cup so that the cake does not stick.
Then, add the vegetable drink and mix well with the syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients. When they are well mixed, place in the mug and bake for 12 minutes or so.
Take the cup out when the time is up, wait a few minutes for it to cool down a bit and Voalá! A delicious mug cake made in minutes.
If you decide to microwave it, it may take only a minute and a half at high power.
Protein banana cookies
A dessert that we all love is cookies. It is difficult to resist its taste, so I bring you a very quick version of this preparation.
Due to its nutritional content, it is recommended to eat after physical activities, since it will help to replace the lost calories.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
¼ of a banana
2 milliliters of chocolate
4 tablespoons of almond flour
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Salt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Ingredient Considerations
The banana must be well ripe, but not carburized or stale.
The maple syrup is optional, everything will depend on your taste in the preparation.
If you don't have coconut oil you can have a little melted butter.
Instead of chocolate if you have or prefer you can use nuts.
Preparation
Start by preheating the oven to 200 °C.
Place the banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
If you notice that there are a little softer parts, you can put them aside in the freezer to make an ice cream or a smoothie.
Now integrate the heaps, salt, oil and cinnamon. Mix well and taste, if necessary add the maple syrup.
In an oiled and floured tray, make small cookies and decorate with chocolate or nuts.
Bake until golden brown. This should happen within 15 minutes or so.
