With the restart of academic and work activities, the long times for special meals are over. For this reason, I bring you this wonderful sausage lasagna that It will save you valuable time in the kitchen.

In addition, it is a delicious dish for the palate, so you will not have to worry, since the little ones of the house comment on all the food without any opposition.

With this proposal we want to give a little twist to the traditions so that they can try something different but with great pleasure.

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper.

  • 1 can of evaporated milk.

  • 1 cup of water.

  • 200 grams of sheets for lasagna.

  • 5 tablespoons of butter.

  • 200 grams of Oaxaca cheese.

  • 1 can of half cream.

  • 400 grams of sausage.

  • 1 ½ small tablespoon of chicken broth.

Sausage lasagna preparation

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180º C.

  2. In a pan place three tablespoons of butter.

  3. When hot, fry the flour a little until it changes its color.

  4. When I know the color change, add the evaporated milk and the water.

  5. Now, add the chicken consommé to taste the preparation.

  6. The mixture must be moved regularly, as it can stick. In addition, this way you will avoid the lumps that can be generated.

  7. Then heat the remaining butter and fry the sausages and peppers.

  8. Add the sauce you just prepared and mix until everything comes together.

  9. Then, arrange a layer of lasagna, another of stew and one of cheese in a refractory container. Repeat until you have filled the mold. The last layer should have a lot of cheese.

  10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.

  11. At the end of the time, uncover and leave 10 more minutes for the cheese to brown.

  12. Remove from the oven, cut, serve and enjoy!
