How do you prepare gulas with garlic and prawns?

You will be surprised how fast this preparation is and more when you have all the ingredients ready to cook and combine.

  1. For this preparation, we must initially prepare the prawns according to the way you bought them. If you bought them frozen, thaw them first. If you bought them fresh, peel them and leave them on hand to continue with the recipe.

  2. Cut the garlic and put it in a pan with oil over medium heat.

  3. When the garlic has browned, add the chillies and everything is browning. Remember that garlic should not be over roasted, as it can give the recipe a bitter taste.

  4. When you have the chillies ready with the garlic, turn up the heat and add the previously arranged prawns.

  5. Mix so that the flavors are well integrated. Sauté for a few minutes and voilà! Some eels with garlic prawn ready to serve.

Recommendations to preserve and serve

It is better when they are served hot so that they retain their flavor, but above all their tasty texture. You can use clay soup cups to better conserve heat.

You can even store them in a similar container, but larger so that before serving you take a few minutes to the oven or microwave with a glass of water on the side so that they do not stick and maintain their juiciness.
